Our service is to provide you with a standard, user-friendly format for developing a valuable website asset for your condo, but all of the content for the website must come from you, the Condo Board. Your website may contain documents, newsletters, photos, layout images, descriptions, contacts and bios. These items may be provided either digitally or by hardcopy. They will be scanned (if necessary) and converted to standard .pdf format. (map will be provided by us.)

Property Website Administrator
This means that we will be provided with a single representative from your Condo Board who will provide all website content explained above as well as answer queries or provide further information. This person should have a basic understanding of website browsing, have access to all the information that will become the website content and have a few hours available to get the job done. This person should be empowered by the Condo Board to make decisions regarding the website and its content. We will provide a Property Website Administrator Page to guide your chosen representative through the entire process.

Timely information.
Once you decide to create a Condo Website, please plan to gather all required content quickly.We can only provide you with a valuable website asset for your condo if we are provided accurate content information in a timely manner.

If you would like us to help you generate website content such as building photos, we would be happy to provide this service at an hourly rate, (plus any incurred expenses.)
